3 to 6 months of PTO each year per person when we move to communism. Plus no ads anywhere, and there are no national debts. Other perks of communism like no rip offs, no false advertising, creating products designed to be better for us and the environment and other simplifications like having one account for everything.

Marketing and business jobs disappear. Robots replace driving and service industry jobs. All the new unemployed are then trained for the remaining types of work giving us all more PTO.
